The car is a “Fifteen” 6 Light Saloon 2.5 litre engine (as introduced to fifteen in late 1938) sometimes referred to as DB18-1. The car was previously owned by Brian Bell of Glenbrook and was last registered in 1990.
It was a special import by Hercules Motors Sydney. Its early history is very patchy and it has been resting at Brian’s house for last 20 odd years. It is back in action and running well.
